Responsibilities and Duties
Customer Account Management, New Account Acquisition, Vendor development.
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
Build long-term relationships with new and existing Sellers.
Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople.
Sales Planning & Closures, Corporate Sales experience

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Should be a Indonesian National, male or female.
Good command of English and Bahasa. Knowing Chinese is a plus.
Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role.
Experience in complete Sales cycle and online sales experience, in ecommerce industry or allied.
Proven sales track record.
Experience in customer support is a plus.
Adequate knowledge of Excel.
Must have a Bachelor's Degree.
Sound knowledge of E-Commerce and local marketplaces.
Prior work experience in an E-Commerce company is advantageous.
Communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build rapport.
Excellent interpersonal, planning and organizational skills to work on a cross-functional role.
Time management and planning skills.
