Empower the sales team with the information they need to make informed decisions.- **Forecasting and Reporting**: Collaborate closely with the sales and finance teams to develop precise sales forecasts. Continuously monitor performance against targets and generate insightful reports for management.- **Sales Analytics**: Develop and maintain a suite of key performance indicators (KPIs) and interactive dashboards. Provide sales leaders and representatives with data-driven insights to optimize decision-making.- **Process Optimization**: Identify opportunities for process enhancement within the sales cycle. Implement changes that increase efficiency, boost productivity, and reduce bottlenecks.- **Sales Enablement**: Collaborate with the sales enablement team to create training materials and provide ongoing support to sales representatives. Equip them with the knowledge and tools needed to effectively leverage sales resources.- **Contract Management**: Engage with clients to confirm contract approval, including negotiating agreements if changes or additions to contract terms are requested. Ensure all parties are aligned before proceeding.- **Contract Finalization**: Oversee the finalization of hardcopy contract documents. Verify that contracts are signed by the client and returned before the implementation phase begins.- **Finance Coordination**: Work in conjunction with the Finance team to streamline the invoice payment process.
