Sales Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:- Achieve sales target and manage budget- Develop offline activities related to promotional, events, CRM program to boost traffic and sales- Negotiate with third party to create collaborations / partnerships- Acquiring new vendors, manage relationship of vendors and maintain their sales growth- Work closely with Design, Creative and Online team- Evaluate the consumer behaviour and provide strategy to any changes in the market- Realizing new retail trends, competitive positioning in the industry- _Requirements: _*- Maximum 40 years old- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Marketing / Management / Business Administration- Strong leadership and team builder, active, passionate, responsible, able to work well under pressure- Great presentation and communication skill and in managing relationships- Strong analytical skills, detail oriented and innovative- Fluent in English (written and oral)**Salary**: From Rp700,000,000 per month**Education**:- S1 (preferred)**Experience**:- Sales Marketing: 1 year (preferred)
