We are looking for a person to join our sales team in Indonesia. The Business Development / Sales Manager will be tasked to turbo-charge our energetic sales team to build relationship with agencies as well as new and existing clients directly. Able to consistently hit or surpass challenging, yet achievable targets and structuring packages based on needs of the client.
The Business Development / Sales Manager will report to the Head of Indonesia and primarily based in Indonesia. This is a great opportunity for someone who is interested in the ever changing social media marketing with an ever versatile platform to meet marketing needs.
Job Description
Requirements:
At least 5 years of working experience in B2B sales is required for this position
Passionate about social media, content marketing and online advertising.
Existing relationship with brands, advertising, and marketing agencies to hit the ground running.
Strong digital sales with preferably more than 2 years experience in digital media space - Content and influencer marketing experience is a bonus.
A hands on person who is results driven, with excellent social skills.

Job Scope:
Ability to consistently hit quarterly sales targets
You are tasked help your sales team hit or surpass the sales targets, guiding them to delivering revenue against quarterly and annual targets towards our advertising platform
Share experience working with long-term partners (Media, Creative, Public Relations and Marketing Agencies)
To tap on existing relationship and to expand it further to build Partipost awareness in the market
Build awareness and adoption of the company’s platform offering
