3. Experienced in the same position at least > 5 years (experiences in outsourcing company ;

in the sense that Cleaning Service/Security/Parking and others outsourcing are added value)

4. Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.

5. Experience in customer relationship management.

6. Experience managing and directing a sales team.

7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

8. Dedication to providing great customer service.

9. Ability to lead a sale team.
