Sales Lead

**Responsibilities**:- Training new members of the sales team- Setting sales quotas- Answering questions from the sales staff- Monitoring sales performance and addressing issues when necessary- Completing sales reports and other administrative work- Addressing customer service issues that need to be escalated- Supporting the sales management team as needed- Selling products or helping sales staff negotiate and close deals- Maintaining positive customer relations.- Motivating the sales staff and creating an atmosphere of healthy competition among the staff.**Requirements**:- A bachelor's or associate's degree in marketing, sales, or a related field may be advantageous.- Experience in sales is necessary.- Leadership skills- Strong sales ability, business acumen, and commercial awareness.- Strong communication skills for interactions with customers and sales staff- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.- Strong leadership abilities.- Good time management, strategic planning, and organizational skills- Inspirational attitude and ability to create a motivating environment.- Ability to train others effectively- Product knowledge- Customer service skills, including how to handle upset customers.Jenis Pekerjaan: Penuh WaktuGaji: Rp7.000.000 - Rp9.000.000 per bulan
