Sales Department Head (Industrial Estate)

We're hiring Sales Dept. Head for our client Industrial Estate.- Develop and implement sales strategies- Analyse market trends and competitor activity- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients including property buyers, sellers and investors.- Plan and coordinate sales activities- Lead negotiations on property deals, ensuring favorable terms for clients and the company.- Use data analysis to make informed decisions on pricing and sales strategies.- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends and competitor activity.**Requirements**:- Minimum of 10 years' experience in property sales, particularly in the industrial estate sector/ consultant- Proven track record of successful property sales & meeting sales targets- Excellent communication and negotiation skills- Deep understanding of the property market, property values and industry trends.- Strong analytical data skills**Salary**: Rp35,000,000 - Rp45,000,000 per month
