Sales & Business Relations Manager Food

As a person who will responsible for setting up sales strategic planning to achieve Sales Target and broaden market in Indonesia- Implements sales programs by developing field sales actions plans**Responsibilities**:- Planning, execute and and evaluate sales target- Coordination with distributor- Market penetration (MT, General Trade, Horeca, Industri)- Visiting account for business plan- Controlling sales budget- Making Sales Strategy- Good Cooperation with sales force**Necessary Skill / Experience/Requirement**- Have a minimum of Associate Degree in any discipline- Have a minimum of 2 years experiences in related field as a Leader / Coordinator / Assistant Manager / Manager- Good understanding related Indonesia Retail Market (FMCG - Foods or Beverages)- Have excellent of Strategic thinking and Sales & Marketing skill- He/she must be highly energetic, high enthusiasm, good achievement orientation,- He/she must have excellent presentation skill- Business level English for both oral & written- Having your own vehicle (car/motorbike) and SIM A/CCompensation: salary + bonus based by achievement**Job Types**: Full-time, ContractContract length: 24 months**Salary**: Rp4,500,000 - Rp7,000,000 per monthCOVID-19 considerations:All employees must be fully vaccinated and wear mask.
