**Requirement**:- Female- Maximum age 40 years old- Minimum Education: Diploma in Economic- Experience in Hospitality Industry- At least 2 Years of working experience in the related field or Sales & Marketing Manager Assistance- Possession of strong organizational, strong leadership, excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills- Able to work in team and target oriented- Good communication skill- Fluent in English- Able to perform under pressure- Placement area: Gowa, South Sulawesi**Responsibilities**:- Responsible for the organization and implementation of sales objectives- Supervises & lead marketing team in directing their efforts towards meeting prescribed sales targets.- Handles any other special projects in sales, business development & marketing.- Prepare monthly sales and marketing activities reports.- Coordinate scheduling & planning; communicating across all levels inclusive of the project team, stakeholders and external vendors- Inform clients and prospects of products and services through creative marketing strategies- Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, and scheduling expenditures.Ability to commute/relocate:- Makassar: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- S1 (preferred)**Experience**:- People Management: 1 year (preferred)- Sales Marketing: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- English (preferred)
