We at Hukumonline are looking for a passionate and experienced Sales Advertising Manager.
Responsibilities:
A. Related Sales Activity
1. Responsible to meet the target revenue / sales advertising division derived from direct and non-direct Advertising;
2. Create a sales strategy and develop the products and services business of the Advertising Division;
3. Ensure and maintain deliverables of the products and services of the Advertising Division to clients;
4. Manage and manage the Company's non-direct Advertising;
5. Make progress or report sales advertising division per week and per month to superiors;
B. Related Internal Activity
1. Responsible in the daily operation of advertising division;
2. Manage and manage the duties / work of advertising division staff;
3. Ensuring advertising division staff work in accordance with SOP, OKR and targets provided by the Company;
4. Create and evaluate SOP, KPI, commission system, incentives and so on periodically for effective and efficient performance of advertising division;
5. Create OKR Advertising Division per 3 (three) months and provide reports in accordance with the Company's agenda;
6. Make an annual report / end of the operational year and achievement of the Advertising Division to superiors;
7. Coordinate and/or cooperate with other Divisions/Managers for better corporate purposes;
8. Participate in supporting and succeeding the Company's activities/objectives/targets;
9. Assisting superiors (GM Marketing and Business Director).
Key Performance Indicator
1. Achieving revenue targets and OKR Advertising Division provided by the Company;
2. Maintain and improve the satisfaction of the Client's Advertising Division, including but not limited to the quality of deliverables and service to the Client;
3. Increase the quantity of the number of new clients and maintain existing clients.
Requirements:
1. Minimum 5 (five) years of experience in Advertising Industry and media company;
2. Demonstrate the ability in building go-to-market strategies for selling advertisement (especially native advertisement);
3. Demonstrate a strong business acumen in identifying the right target market for native advertisement;
4. Excellent project management and customer service skills;
5. Excellent ability to monitor and review team performance (day-to-day operations);
6. Excellent presentation and communication skill;
7. A keen attention to detail and capable of working under pressure with the target; and
8. Fluency in English would be an advantage.
