The team's vision is to amplify the power of our global community, and to drive innovation that serves and connects our unique audiences, wherever they are. CSO team's key objective is to stay competitive and to achieve breakthrough growth through content diversification, creator initiatives and account management. They generate insights into global strategy, transforming Global Content Strategy across Vertical, Community, Programming, and Creators monetisation into Local Market Action Plan tailored to local conditions.**Responsibilities**:- Identify, recruit, and onboard UGC/PGC/PUGC partners, including local MCNs, KOLs, and high-potential influencers.- Manage relationships and grow a portfolio of high-potential TikTok Creators.- Execute and maintain community and engagement strategies and in-app campaigns, own the sourcing, structuring and closing through campaign implementation and partner retention;- Enhance the communication between users to improve stickiness, activity and loyalty of the user group, build up a positive community and incremental of contents**Qualifications**:- Deep understanding of entertainment content, experience with user management, or entertainment industry- Deep understanding of entertainment content, experience with user management, or entertainment industry- Outstanding communication, and problem-solving skills; enjoys communication with users- A team player who is accountable, proactive, can work under high pressure, and solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment.- Ability to work in a fast-changing environment, passion for finding, developing, and managing TikTok creators.TikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
