Ultimately, you'll help us meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our company's rapid and sustainable growth.**Responsibilities**:- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, responding- Take minutes for meetings as required.- Organize and manage all Sales & Marketing files.- Distribute memos and correspondence as required.- Complete opening duties as assigned.- Maintain complete knowledge and comply with all hotel and departmental policies and procedures.- Establish and maintain filing procedures.- Prepare and send documents as required by Sales & Marketing team- Receive and distribute documents to appropriate personnel.- Type correspondence, memos, and reports as assigned according to hotel standards.- Promote positive relations with guests and employees.**Requirements**:- Proven work experience as an Sales Asmin- Hands-on experience with MS Office Suite (particularly MS Word and MS Excel)- Fully understand about Sales & Marketing daily operations- Willing to be placed in Karawang
