Safety Officer (Central Java)

**Jobs Description**- Developing, implementing, and maintaining the company's health, safety, and environmental programs at project.- Delivering health, safety, and environmental training to employees, including induction training and regular HSE awareness training.- Conducting routine inspections and audits to identify risks, observe violations, and make recommendations for improvement.- Monitoring and reporting workplace accidents, incidents, and occupational illnesses, as well as conducting investigations into their causes.- Managing and maintaining HSE documentation, including compliance reports, policies, and procedures.- Interacting with government authorities, regulators, and other oversight agencies regarding HSE compliance.- Promoting a safety culture in the workplace through communication programs and awareness campaigns.- Evaluating potential risks, analyzing HSE data, and providing recommendations for improvement.- Staying updated on the latest developments in the field of HSE and ensuring compliance with current standards and regulations.**Requirements**:- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Public Health/K3/Engineering etc.- Minimum 1 year experience- Willing to be placed in project at Pekalongan, Central Java- Must have a certificate of AK3U from KEMENAKER & First Aider (P3K)Jenis Pekerjaan: Penuh Waktu, KontrakPanjang kontrak: 12 bulanGaji: Rp5.500.000 - Rp6.000.000 per bulan
