**RM Engineer****JOB PURPOSE****YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**- Develop and maintain procedures and work instructions for maintaining operation facilities, utilities, workshop and building facilities as per reliability and maintenance procedure and align with HSE guidelines.- Perform asset criticality analysis (ACA) and Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) to develop maintenance strategy (PM, PdM, redundancy, run to fail, spare parts, etc.) based on recognized and generally accepted good engineering practices.- Responsible on risk and opportunity assessment for maintenance including all jobs and activities done by technician and 3rd party contractors/vendors.- Leading implementation of Asset Care (AC) best practices implementation and ensuring it gives positive impact on maintenance program effectiveness.- Performing regular monitoring and evaluation for maintenance performance i.e. Downtime, MTTR, MTBF, etc as well as maintenance cost spending to ensure effectiveness of maintenance program and budget allocation as targeted and reporting it to squad in regular basis for peer evaluation.- Conduct necessary investigation and troubleshooting of any machine unplanned downtime/failure which impact on operation loss and following up by establishing one point lesson (OPL) for further improvement.- Developing people development and upskilling strategy of maintenance team to maintain and improve people competency and capability (skill and competency matrix, training plans, succession plan, etc.) in collaboration DSO/PSS champions.- Support on digitalization initiative in terms of provide requirement, technical expertise and execution in collaboration with PCT/OT Engineer and Production Engineer.- Roll out technical strategy and execution as well as troubleshooting of instrument calibration & equipment certification, process control system (Delta V/ PLC) maintenance.**WHO YOU ARE****Education**- Diploma / Bachelor in mechanical/ electrical engineering**Relevant experiences**- Having experience in Equipment maintenance (develop strategy and execution) especially in chemical industry at least 2 years.**Main competencies for the jo**b**- Collaborates, Efficiency, Flexibility**Communication**- Strong communication in Bahasa and English**Application Period**:- 3 - 16 May 2024**Reference Code**:- 816586**Division**:- Crop Science**Location**:- Surabaya**Functional Area**:- Production&Manufacturing**Position Grade**:- R12**Employment Type**:- Permanent**Work Time**:- Flexi Hours - 8 working hours**Contact Us****Address****Telephone****E-Mail**- PT Bayer Indonesia- Menara Astra, 33rd floor- Jl.
