**Risk Control Lead****JOB PURPOSE****YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**- Manage & guide specific Lean projects within assigned cluster.- Provide training & mentorship to supervisors, foreman and all related team members of assigned cluster on Lean tools, Asset Ownership framework and specific projects requirements.- Risk identifying and control of finding related to 5S, Safety, Quality, and cross contamination issue in all manufacturing process- Manage training completion, User Access, CAPA, Pas-X, SOP & MBR revision in timely manner- Manage general project related to 5S, Safety, Quality, and cross contamination issue- Collaborate with other department to close pending/open action and fulfill its executions- This position also actively supports cluster manager in identifying Safety, Quality and Compliance topic for continuous improvement.- Maintain & manage people engagement into Continuous Improvement culture.**WHO YOU ARE****Education**- Bachelor degree of Engineering (Mechatronic, Industrial), Food Tech, Pharmacy.
