And we have offices in Bali, Java, Sumatra, Kuala Lumpur, and Borneo.We are looking for a dynamic and experienced **Reservation Supervisor** with advanced customer service, problem solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with suppliers, team members and partner.**Profile**:- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the same position at an inbound tour operator or related fields.- Very good command of English language both written and spoken.- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (Outlook, Word, Excel).- Familiar with hotel product knowledge and activities.- Excellent organizational, time management skills and strong attention to detail.- Strong leadership skills including the ability to guide, mentor, and motivate team members.- Placement in Yogyakarta**What you'll be doing**:As Reservation Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily task of the Reservation team, including:- Lead and supervise a team of Reservation, providing direction, support to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.- Managing and ensure all service required for the Booking (hotel, ticketing, activity) is booked and confirmed.- Ensure that the team provides exceptional customer service Liaise with internal departments to resolve any reservation issues or complaints with maximum efficiency.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all client's needs are met.**Benefits**:Happy Trails!
