Reservation Agent

**Job Description**:- Responsible for ensuring that clear and constant communication lines are kept within all staff area and Hotel departments.- To ensure that all guests and callers are provided with concise information concerning the services and facilities provided by the hotel.- Responsible for the ongoing communication of pertinent information using the Telephone logbook provided to other shifts- Responsible and accountable for the completion of all dockets in relation to facsimile, photocopy and supplementary telephone call charges, and delivery of these dockets to the Front Desk for ProcessingWork Experience- good English Communication oral & written- able working with team- Minimum Diploma 3 degree- min 2 years' experience in the same position**Benefits**:You can work with multinational colleagues- Be part global community of hospitality industry- Opportunity to develop you career- Bienvenue card offering a special staff rate at our hotel
