We’re looking for researchers who are passionate about getting inspiration from people, and able to translate the insights into actionable recommendations that can help the product team to deliver a more meaningful experience to our users.
You will be an integral part of the product team, where you play an active role in delivering the user's voice into the product pipeline. Product Researchers help bring the culture of research in the way we design products by providing an in-depth understanding of user's behavior.
What You Will Do
Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, Engineer, and Analysts to ensure that your research aligns with the project vision and objectives
Plan, design, execute and manage experience research projects that can span from “up the funnel” foundational research, mapping service experience, to concept and usability testing
Synthesizing research findings into robust and inspiring recommendations, utilizing both qualitative and quantitative data
Facilitate inspiration workshop where you guide stakeholders to come up with ideas that are based from the insights you have gathered
What You Will Need
Has an educational degree of some kind - we’re quite chill with this
Shoul have at least 3 years of proven experience in conducting human-centered design research, UX research, synthesis and workshop facilitation
Has experience drawing from a variety of research methods: in-depth interviews, ethnographic, surveys, prototyping, diary studies
Has the ability to see patterns and behavior through numbers. You will be working closely with our BI team, so you need to feel comfortable with number crunching
Experience drawing from a variety of synthesis methods: user journey, experience map, personas, value proposition analysis, and other framework of analysis
Is passionate about social impact and how technology can improve people’s lives
Has professional fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
