We at Flip are looking for a Research Ops Intern to join our team as part of the UX Research team to drivethe operational activities as part of research. This role primarily works alongside UX Researchers to identify and execute improvements on participants recruiting, scheduling and their relationship management post research. You'll work closely with various departments such as Procurement, Finance, Operations, Data.**About Flip**Rafi, Luqman, and Anjar, who were college friends in Universitas Indonesia, started Flip as a project in 2015 to transfer payments to each other at a fraction of what banks would charge them. Fair treatment for employees means we establish clear goals, facilitate our employees to achieve them, and value their contribution to the company with equitable benefits.**What you'll do**:- Work closely with researcher to build participant recruitment profiles- Formalise our research participant recruitment process- Recruit internal and external research participants for our research projects both qualitative and quantitative- Manage scheduling and logístical needs in research project including but not limited to consent form, incentives, research tools, venues, etc- Manage the billing and procurement of our research tools- Organise and maintain research repository for research documentation- Help to create interview project transcripts**What you'll need**:- Bachelor's degree in any major from a reputable University. Minimum final year students (at least 3rd year)- Experienced in handling project management or research is prefered- Strong verbal and written communication skills- Strong organisation skills, project management, pay attention to detail, accuracy and able to work either independently or in a team- Basic skills on Microsoft and GSuits products- High interest in research and willing to learn about research- At least having knowledge on the research process, and have 1 research project it will be a plus**Job Type**: Internship
