Research Coordinator

**As part of Research Operation, the role/scopes as follow**:- Provides the roles, tools, and processes needed to support researchers in delivering and scaling the impact of the craft across an organization.- Participant recruitment: Recruit and schedule users for research studies, while building the structures that make recruitment more automated and efficient.- Research panel: Maintaining research panel for research studies, while managing its health including building and maintaining relationships with current panel members, expanding/building the panel through new outreach and relationships.- Data management (e.g. data compliance), Budget management, Knowledge management**Requirements**:- At least two-years of relevant experience in_ **research operations i.e., research executive in marketing research agency / research coordinato**_r in related fields- **Proficient in English is a must**:- Strong in administrative skills- Hold at least a Diploma from any major studies- Experience with using online collaborative document/spreadsheet tools- Experience with scheduling and calendar management tools- Ability to prioritize multiple assignments- Be proactive and self-directed with an ability to take direction- Friendly and responsiveContract length: 3 months**Salary**: Rp7,000,000 - Rp7,500,000 per monthApplication Deadline: 11/11/2023
