Research And Development Supervisor

**Responsibilities**:- Develop new products and improvement on existing products- Develop and improve SOP of all product processes- Prepare the standard formulation for all NPL and non NPL product- Do trial product development- Monitor the first production day for new product- Collaborate with marketing for conduction customers trial and testing- Prepare costing for new product and improve cost saving on existing product**Qualifications**:- Bachelor degree in Food Technology, Food Science or similar area- Minimum 2 years experience in R&D area (noodle or snack)- Willing to be placed in Bogor
