Research And Development (R&D) Staff

**Responsibilities**:- Having good knowledge about the production process- Receive and discuss problems related to production results with related departments- Able to analyze problems in production and be able to provide the solutions to these are problems- Looking for new innovations to produce products that can compete in local and international markets- Conduct research and develop new product, manufacturing procedures and specification for new product- Conduct cost effectiveness of product- Responsible in new product development up to mass-scale production- Conduct improvement of existing products- Monitor the stability of new products, observing stability test and compatibility test**Requirements**:- Male and maximum 30 years old- Minimum bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering / Chemical Analyst / Textile Chemistry- Fluent in English, both oral and written- Minimum 2 years of experience as R&D, preferably in Textile Industry- Passionate in Textile Industry- Having good communication, strong analytical and problem solving- Technical knowledge of chemistry, weaving production, fabric construction and other raw material used in the têxtile industry- **Willing to be placed at Jatiuwung - Tangerang****Job Type**: ContractAbility to commute/relocate:- Tangerang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)Application Question(s):- How many years experience do you have as R&D Staff?
