About the Regulatory Manager Role:
Reporting to the Regulatory Head, you will lead the Regulatory activities for the Personal Care Business Units. As the Regulatory Manager, you will be in charge of leading and developing regulatory compliance and strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead regulatory compliance to local and global standards including directing, planning, and coordinating staff activities to enable global and regional product development through proactive regulatory and registration analysis of formulas, ingredients, and categories
Provide regulatory guidance to other departments or development project teams regarding design, development, evaluation, or marketing of products
Drive and develop product development and regulatory strategies leveraging insights from key stakeholders and in alignment with global and regional goals
Identify new opportunities for the business through regulatory and strategies
Provide analysis and resolution of regulatory inquiries or complaints received

To succeed in this Regulatory Manager role, you will need to possess strong regulatory and product development experience with exposure in multinational corporations and deep understanding of the competitive market environment.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical, Food Science or Health and Nutrition or any related field
Minimum of five years in relevant experience
Deep knowledge in Healthcare industry and market competition
Strong business acumen and customer focused
Knowledgeable of laws, government regulation (BPOM)
