DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN GENERAL DESCRIPTION Responsible for overall coordination of preventive and corrective maintenance including Trouble Ticket process within regional areas
To promote the effectiveness and efficiency of all related field activities and lead the Area Coordinators in the assigned area
To lead and manage the Area Coordinator (AC) Team in the assigned area?????????????????????????
To assist the team in providing solutions for problems arising on a day to day basis?????????????
To provide coaching and motivate the AC team in order to achieve the commonly set target
To monitor and control all project activities within Operations and Maintenance assignment to the sub contractor
Liaison with other internal and external parties including government authorities, legal representatives/notary and clients, if necessary???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
Conduct monthly evaluation to the performance of both internal team and subcontractor and take necessary measurements for improvement?????????????????????????????????????
Prepare weekly report to the Zone Manager using the agreed reporting form sheet and propose for improvement
Control the Preventive, Corrective and Trouble Ticket process within the regional area, according to the defined time schedule, including closely monitoring the progress of obtaining all required permits and take necessary consequences?????????????????????????????????????????
Successful acceptance of all acquired sites by BAST in accordance to the defined time schedule and the Scope of Work in the respect of Quantity and Quality???????????????????? ??????
To support all the site access under Protelindo Operations & Maintenance????????????????????????????
To support and having daily interaction with project supervisor, subcontractor and Zone Manager
To ensure all teams are follows local regulations of standard Health, Safety and Environment????????????
REQUIREMENTS
At least Diploma degree or above in Civil / Electrical / Electrical Engineering or related field of study.
Having minimum 3-5 years experience in CME Operations and Maintenance??????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
Good knowledge background in Tower Construction, Mechanical and Electrical, Government relation and telecommunication industry
Willing to travel and be ready for placement anywhere in region/Indonesia. ???????????????????????????????????????
Have knowledge of basic HSE
