Refinery Foreman

General Responsibilities : 1. Implement daily production plan from Refinery and Fractionation in accordance with production memo to process ISCC CPO, non ISCC CPO, RSPO CPO and non RSPO CPO.
2. Controlling the daily activities of Operator and Helper and control the results of his work.
3. Checking the filling of all process data recorded by Operator in Logsheet plant.
4. Make a work report shift Refinery if Supervisor is absent / absent
5. Ensure the existing CCP is properly monitored and corrective action taken when any deviation is implemented correctly in accordance with the requirements in the ISO document, HACCP Plan, ISCC system
6. Monitoring the smoothness of production process and quality of production
7. Coordinate with related sections in completing their tasks.
8. Lead subordinates and responsible for the implementation of subordinate discipline and implementation of occupational health and safety.
9. Implement PRP Monitoring, Deep Cleaning and Glass Monitoring.
10. Ensure the plant is in good condition whether done by cleaner outsorce or by internal employees shift
11. Implement the 5R function
12. Perform tasks in accordance with SOP and WI
13. Run Safety Regulation in accordance with applicable policy (SMK3).
14. Running the implementation of quality management system (ISO 9001: 2000, ISO 22000: 2005, Halal, SMK3, ISCC system, RSPO, SMART D_Safe, OHSAS 18001, HACCP).
15. Responsible in maintaining and maintaining all equipment and equipment in the work area and at the Physical Refinery & Fractionation site.
