Key Responsibilities: Acquire and nurture both internal and external referrals.Manage and review the referral scheme to ensure it is effective and efficient.Work closely with the sales team to convert leads produced into sales.Develop and implement strategies to increase the number of referrals.Monitor and report on the performance of the referrals.Gather and analyze feedback and recommendations to improve the referral performance.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, fresh graduates are welcome.Strong communication, interpersonal skills and relationship building skills.Ability to build and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.Familiarity or OCR technology and its application in automating accounting and finance tasks is a plus.What You Will Get: 1.
