About the Role

It's said that a company is only as great as the people who embody the mission of the organization. As our Recruitment Lead, you’ll be an instrumental cog in the Recruiting wheel of Gojek that’s in charge of finding the best tech talents in the world to join our family. Specifically, you’ll lead the teams and recruiting strategy for our Payments & Financial Services stream (i.e. GoPay, GoFin, Midtrans, Spots, and Moka). You'll network on/offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand and reduce our time-to-hire, act as a strategic advisor on hiring decisions, and ensure the team is working efficiently to drive our Payments & Financial Services to more corners of the globe.
What You Will Do

Mentor, develop, and career manage team of recruiters; set performance expectations, guide their career plans, and conduct performance reviews
Acts as a strategic advisor on hiring decisions - influence and debrief hiring team on all decisions regarding candidate assessments
Independently manage reportings and run status update meetings
Effectively optimize data to identify inefficiencies in team and individual processes; optimize tools to create customized results, dashboards, reports to share with greater organization
Understand how the team fits within Gojek's broader business goals; using your strong understanding of industry trends and market awareness, identify organizational issues and how they’ll impact recruiting efforts
Effectively pitch entire internal organization structure and proactively set expectations and take corrective actions with business leaders
What You Will Need

At least 3 years in managing a recruitment team
Ability to anticipate organizational problems, changes and needs, and provide recommendations to stakeholders based on market intelligence to make data-driven decisions
An understanding of industry trends; demonstrable market awareness with the ability to navigate ambiguity when dealing with minimal information
Excellent problem solving skills to drive and tailor your strategies and creatively identify new solutions to resolve challenges
An understanding of talent distribution and the various strategies to ensure strong pipeline; ability to creatively identify new solutions to unlock pipeline and remove roadblocks to ensure efficiency
Ability to identify trends/ patterns and work with the Compensation & Benefits team to incorporate them into Gojek’s recruiting strategy; suggests system wide process improvements while maintaining constant guidance to the hiring team on the best approach to close candidates
