Position Overview:
As a Recruitment Intern in our financial technology company specializing in unsecured productive loan products, you will support the recruitment team in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to drive our organization's growth. This internship provides hands-on experience in various aspects of the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and assisting with administrative tasks. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in talent acquisition within the financial technology industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with sourcing and attracting candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking platforms.
Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions, conducting initial assessments based on job requirements.
Coordinate interview schedules and logistics, including arranging candidate interviews, booking meeting rooms, and communicating with interviewers and candidates.
Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and fit for specific roles.
Assist with reference checks, background checks, and other pre-employment screening processes as needed.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment databases.
Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including organizing recruitment events, preparing interview materials, and updating recruitment documentation.
Contribute to the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and initiatives to attract top talent.
Job Requirements:
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in human resources, business administration, psychology, or a related field.
Prior experience as a recruitment intern or in a similar role is preferred.
Strong interest in talent acquisition, human resources, or related fields within the financial technology industry.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn, with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Availability to work full-time hours during the internship period.
Work setting: The position is based in our office in Kuningan, Jakarta Selatan, and the internship duration is three months.
