Responsibilities:Prepare legal documents/forms for review and submissionAdvise and review legislation eligibility of clientsHandle and track documents for submissionAdvise and provide updates on developments in requirementsConduct regular research and consultation with clientsAssist in appointment schedulingIn-charge of all Immigration issues and operations, remaining up to date with any changes to legislationPrepare all fee quotes and any information required by clients, colleagues or authorities**Requirements**:Female, Indonesian Chinese, Finance or accounting or human resource backgroundThe ability to work with many different types of clientsTeam player who is able to work independentlyQualification in Accounting, Finance and/or Human Resource preferredStrong sense of accountability especially in meeting deadlinesMature, independent and able to handle sensitive / confidential informationOrganized, polite and able to multi task with good attitudeExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsMust be willing to work after hours / weekendsLet us know if you are able to assist on this regard.**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract**Salary**: Rp9,000,000 - Rp14,000,000 per monthApplication Question(s):- Are you able to speak Mandarin?
