**About the Job**:You will be working from our Bandung office from 8.00 am to 4.00 pm WIB.**Requirements**:- **Excellent English communication skills**:- Diploma or Bachelor's degree, any major preferably Business or Management major- At least 1 year working experience in a recruitment or HR role- Great organisational and prioritisation skills- Creative, innovative, punctual, and able to think out of the box- Able to work independently as well as in a team- International exposure or past work experience in a multinational company is preferred**Responsibilities**- Helping the Head of HR on recruitment across Asia Pacific- Building applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organisation information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport- Working together with the recruitment team to improve the existing recruitment strategy and its standard operating procedures- Making/processing/handling all administrative functions related to the hiring process- Helping out in Staff Onboarding related tasks**Key Skills and Competencies**:- Goal oriented, self-motivated individual who is confident, competitive, thorough, and tenacious- Can work independently under mínimal supervision- Excellent communication skills- Able to multitask and manage time efficiently- Able to work using software or platform that is required within SalesPond (Panda Doc, training platform etc.)- Proactive and energetic individual- Attention to detail- Fast learner in adapting to management direction changes- Flexible approach to different styles of people from multi-cultural backgroundPay: Rp6,000,000 - Rp9,000,000 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- Bandung: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Experience**:- working in a Recruitment Agency: 1 year (required)- working with English-speaking managers: 1 year (required)**Language**:- Business English Fluently (required)
