Zilingo is making the fashion supply chain Fair, Connected and Transparent using Technology, Data and Financial Services. We operate a global technology-enabled sourcing business, and the largest B2B marketplace for fashion in South and Southeast Asia, which connects yarn mills, fabric mills, factories, brands and merchants through a discovery and transaction platform. Services (Saas, MaaS, Fintech). We develop and deploy Software as a Service to factories and brands to help improve operational efficiency; help brands and factories enhance branding Marketing as a Service; and use technology to connect makers and merchants with access to working capital. We provide brands with transparency into the sustainability of their supply chain. We also bring sustainable fabric and are launching a Sustainability Fund which enables factories to improve sustainability with investment.
Who We Need
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Recruiter to join our Global Recruiting team, who will support recruiting activities across the region. As a Recruiter at Zilingo, you will have the opportunity to work across a wide variety of business verticals and work directly with our executive leaders and hiring managers to hire the future of the organization. You will be responsible for maximizing talent identification and acquisition for Zilingo by proactively supporting the people strategy in order to meet business growth.
What You Will Be Doing
End-to-end recruiting of external candidates, including proactive sourcing, interviewing and salary negotiations Manage relationships with hiring managers Be a partner to the business leaders on all recruitment related matters Generation and management of a strong candidate pipeline through creative resourcing through various channels Occasional management of partners such as agencies and university/colleges Candidate management - giving timely feedback directly to the candidates, managing candidate’s expectations through the process and after Management of internal ATS system maintaining data integrity Participate in / initiate ad-hoc team projects
What You Bring to The Team
At Least 3 years of Recruiting experience. (A mix of In-House and Agency experience would be Ideal) Upbeat personality with a team-oriented, fast-paced work style Fluency in English , and local language is a must. A Headhunter mindset and Can-Do attitude. Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills Experience with Greenhouse or similar applicant tracking systems is a plus Proficiency with G-suite and Microsoft Office
