We are hiring!- Receptionist- Location: Surabaya**Job Description**:- Greet and welcome guests and new employee as soon as they arrive at the office- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, all, forms and brochures).- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges).- Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock- Keep updated and records management of asset IT and non IT asset- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, faxing**Requirements**:- At least a bachelor's degree in a relevant field- Prior experience as a receptionist and relevant field minimum 1-2 years.- Able to operate advanced MS Office, especially of MS Excel- Must be good in spoken and written English (will use English on a daily basis)- Have experienced working in a fast paced & growing company environment- Dedicated to work, responsible and reliable.- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.- Strong verbal as well as non-verbal communication skills- Exceptional time-management and organizational skillsGood luck!**Salary**: Rp4,000,000 - Rp4,300,000 per month**Language**:- English (preferred)
