**PT FINFLEET TEKNOLOGI INDONESIA IS HIRING "RECEPTIONIST & ADMIN SUPPORT" PLACEMENT IN SOUTH JAKARTA****JOB DESC**:- Receive visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and clearly announce information and precise- Perform administrative tasks such as entering customer or visitor data- Responsible for procurement of goods, in coordination with head office and suppliers- Responsible for office household needs, such as drinking water, cleanliness of office areas and meeting rooms as well ensure household office needs are met- Responsible for organizing and ensuring availability meeting rooms and other meeting needs- Perform other administrative support if needed**JOB REQ**:- Female (Non Hijab)- Have experience in the same field min 1 year- Max 30 years old- Good Looking- Fluent in English- Good Communication Skills- Able to use MS Office (Excel, Power Point & Word)Salary UMP DKI Jakarta 2023 + AllowencesJenis Pekerjaan: KontrakGaji: Dari Rp4.901.798 per bulan
