Greet and direct visitors in a professional and courteous manner.Answer phone inquiries and handle complaints in a courteous and professional manner.Ensure the confidentiality and security of files, mails, and filing systems.Systematically file important company documents, including incoming mails for tenants.Notify all correspondence, such as letters and packages, to tenants PIC.Manage the booking schedule for conference/meeting room requests.Assist in following up on customer inquiries/booking requests.Prepare proforma invoices and collect payments.Send notification of tenants' payments for the tax invoice.Prepare tenants' monthly reports (new and extend). Requirements:Minimum diploma degree.At least one year of experience in an administrative role.Strong attention to detail.Excellent customer service skills.Familiarity with internet operations.Strong proficiency in MS Office functions.Proactive individual with the ability to work well in a team.Willingness to learn.If you meet the minimum qualifications and are interested in joining our team, please submit your resume and cover letter for consideration.
