**Job Descriptions**:- Analyze the costs of various types of work in preparation for tenders.- Prepare tender documents (RAB approval, P3, Drawing For tender, contractor price comparison).- Control the budget and analyze the cost benefits for all aspects of the work.- Track any changes to the design or actual work and adjusts the budget projection.- Prepare and monitors the administration of activities and completeness of documents.**Job Qualifications**:- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering.- Minimum 3 years of work experience as Quantity Surveyor in infrastructure.- Computer literate (Ms. Office and AutoCAD).- Analytical & logical thinking skill.- Accurate and competent in estimation.- Willing to be placed in BSD City.
