Quantity Surveyor Staff

**Job Descriptions**:- Analyzing the costs of various types of work in preparation for tenders- Preparing tender documents (RAB approval, P3,Drawing For tender, contractor price comparison)- Controls the budget and analyzes the cost benefits for all aspects of the work- Tracks any changes to the design or actual work and adjusts the budget projection.- Prepares and monitors the administration of activities and completeness of documents.**Job Requirements**:- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering- Minimum 3 years of work experience as Quantity Surveyor in High Rise Building- Computer literate (Ms Office and AutoCAD)- Analytical & logical thinking skill- Accurate and competent in estimation- Willing to be placed in BSD City
