Head Of Engineering (Store)

Responsible to manage and oversee SIRCLO Store Engineering Team- Work with CTO, VP of Engineering, Head of Engineering, Head of Product and other business stakeholders to formulate technology strategies- Work with tech teams to deliver resilient technology solutions to achieve business goals- Oversee system design, architecture and graceful evolution for various services- Be responsible for the Technical Excellence, Operational Excellence, and Product Delivery Excellence- Communicate technology and business strategy to all teams and related stakeholders- Mentor, coach and develop your teams and peers- Work with HR team to develop strategies for talent acquisition, development and retention- Build a high performing engineering team by fostering a culture of open communication & healthy debates, collaboration, accountability and result-orientation- Reporting to: CTO**Job Requirements**- Deep knowledge of system architecture, various technology paradigms and development processes gained by a hands-on approach- At least 10 years of experience, with at least 5+ in a technology leadership role- Ability to query, make sense and make use of data- Excellent organizational and time management skills- Hands on experience with complex project management- Strong empathy : can represent multiple points of views at the same time, from those of app devs, DevOps, networking, security, etc. to various stakeholders at the same time- Previous experience using Golang is required, and having a good knowledge of several industry-leading programming languages, such as Python, and PHP is a plus
