Prepare cost estimate (BoQ) for bidding/tender projectResponsible for maintain SKU (Unit price database) regularlySourcing, assessing and conducting MoU for new vendorsResponsible for following the tender process, collecting tender documents, coordinating with client, consultants, building management, internal team and related vendorsProvide support to the sales team in participating in the tender processMust posses at least diploma in related field, but interior/architecture background is a plusAt least 2 year(s) of working experience in interior design & build projectHaving knowledge about material, engineering and budgeting office interior projectMastering Autocad 2D or 3D, Sketchup & Ms. OfficeExcellent in scheduling & estimatingWilling to be located at Head Office (Srengseng-West Jakarta)
