Quantity Survey Mep

Job Roles:- To review, calculate and estimate the design drawing Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing from consultant/developer team.- To review the tender drawing MEP at the tender phase.- To review and check the QS Consultant Estimation Cost.- To review shop drawing & Monthly progress MEP in construction phase.- To review and check the variation order MEP in construction phase.- Prepare the study estimation cost for new possibilities new projects.- Coordination with other disciplines (Structure & Architect).**Requirements**:- Experience in reputable design consultant / developer more preferable.- Experience in reputable MEP on high rise building more prefer or main contractor.- Graduated from reputable university majoring Electrical or Mechanical.- Able to work with AutoCAD, QS Program Calculation will be advantage.- Work experience 3-5 years in MEP (High rise building experience will be advantage).**Salary**: Up to Rp8,000,000 per month**Education**:- S1 (required)**Experience**:- QS MEP: 3 years (required)Application Deadline: 02/29/2024
