In charge as super user for INTELEX system.**Key responsibilities**:- To lead plant's operations continue keeping Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and quality compliance with Kerry and customer standard as well as market regulations.- To lead food safety and quality culture at Karawang Site.- To lead non-conformance quality and Root Cause analysis including CAPA evaluation of manufacturing problems.- Manage Shelf-Life Extension request.- Routinely monitoring and adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices of the highest standard and ensure plant's security program are in-placed effective.- Lead Quality Management System (FSSC 22000) implementation ensuring: the quality management system conforms to the requirements Kerry and International Standard.- Lead Food safety Management system to manage a food safety team.- Lead and organize internal audit system include scheduling, define internal auditors, conduct refreshing training and evaluate auditor performance.- Implement Quality requirements and provide suggestions and recommendations for improvement.- Support implementation, assessment, and improvement of Quality and FSMS.- New Packaging development.- To lead the Intelex implementation at Karawang Site.- To lead SOP development and implementation at Karawang Site.- To lead IPM program.- Support quality system and certification process.**Qualifications and skills**:- Bachelor or Higher Degree in Food Science or any related field.- At least 5 years' experience in the business- Strong experience in Quality Management System, QA Background is preferable.- Experienced to lead on FSSC 22000 and FSMS audit and implementation.- Ability to meet deadlines, self-manage and ability to handle multitask with speed and accuracy, independently or as part of the team.- Exposure to ISO 17025 will be preferable- Knowledgeable experience in food safety & legislation compliance- Knowledgeable & experience in FSMS, BRC, SQMS, AIB,- Knowledgeable & intensive experience in auditing- Knowledgeable & experience in Pest Management- Exposure to Flavors or similar industries an advantage.- Experience working with SAP, INTELEX or similar systems.- Accredited FSSC 22000 training and auditor certification will give an advantages.
