**Location**:- Surabaya- Surabaya**Work Type**:- Contract**Salary**:- 20,000,000 to 25,000,000PERSOLKELLY is one of the largest recruitment companies in Asia Pacific providing comprehensive end-to-end workforce solutions to clients., allowing us to draw upon their connections as one of the largest recruitment companies in Asia Pasific.We are now looking for a position as Quality Operation Manager with key responsibilities as below- According to the company's annual key work and goals of the QC department;- Decompose the goals, guide subordinates to complete the annual work goal setting, and supervise their implementation status- Responsible for establishing and improving quality systems and supervising their implementation;- Responsible for organizing the formulation of quality and goals, and supervising the implementation to ensure the product quality;- Responsible for the external quality platform, coordinate the quality judgment standards between suppliers, customers and companies;- Responsible for docking the customer operation teams and maintaining the relationship with the customer;- Responsible for organizing the handling of customer complaints, formulating quality improvement plans and supervising the improvement effect;- Responsible for the work guidance, supervision, training and assessment of subordinate employees.We look forward for potentials talents meet requirements as below:- Bachelor's or degree from related major- Equip with for 10+ yearsexperience as a Quality Manager in a manufacturer with main process of automation & electrical, electronic manufacturer background is preferred.- Mastering international standard quality products, seven techniques of QC, 8D and other quality equipment.- Proficient in English are mandatory.- Willing be based at Malang - East Java, as contract employee.**Reference Number**:- 582959**Contact Details**:**Profession**:- Engineering > Process Engineer**Company**:- PERSOLKELLY Indonesia
