It is a new Yeast manufacturing company incorporated beginning of 2020, under its construction phase for an Operational start-up scheduled beginning of 2023.**Job Description**:- Ensuring execution of day-to-day operations for assigned area and following policies and procedures related to Safety,Health, Environment (SHE) and Quality and Food Safety- Responsible all Laboratory Activities- Responsible for Control Microbiology Laboratory, Physical and Chemical Laboratory and Propagation Laboratory- Responsible for Incoming Section,Calibration and Control in Line- Responsible for Inputing data, analysis, and reporting to supervisor- Responsible for all related equipment and analysis tools- Responsible for all related equipment and analysis tools- Report progress on each job and quickly communicate delays or concerns to the Fermentation Shift Foreman- Participate in SAP Transaction for Relates Module (CO, MM, PP, etc)- Implement and maintain process documentation including operation manuals, procedures, records and other relevant documentation related to workshop activities- Comply with requirements of reference regulation and standards established by the company's top management within his/her department- Paritcipate with target and goal in responsible area and communicate closely to team if any abnormality- Mostly will work during Shift schedule and in some condition will work Daily- Direct report to Supervisor QC**Qualifications**:- Minimum Senior High School (Science/SMK) /Diploma/Bachelor's degree on food science, chemistry, biology, chemical engineering, biotechnology or related majors- Fresh Graduates/Experience Person 1-2 Years- High level of motivation, open-minded, flexible, pragmatic, creative, autonomous, Critical thinker, and problem-solving skills- Knowing in English communication & local language is required- Familiar with microsoft office- Open Minded and eager to grab new knowledge and new challengeAdditional Information
