Quality Assurance & Trainer (Yogyakarta)

Job Desc- Monitor, report, and analyze the development of all agent's service quality and make sure to meet company standards.- Provide insights or recommendations for improvement on service quality.- Create and monitor work programs for agent's improvement.- Facilitate regular calibration sessions to ensure consistency in quality requirements and standards.Requirement- At least 3 years experience in E-commerce Industries, familiar with Service QA, Customer Service, or Training.- Min.1 year of experience in QA & Trainer.- Excellent communication capability, attention to details, and problem-solving skills- Good team player with a positive attitude and strong sense of integrity and responsibility.- Strong process orientation, must be logical and able to follow processes and adapt to changes.
