Quality Assurance

Execute comprehensive testing plans in a timely manner, considering our startup's time constraints.- Ensure that all testing entry criteria and dependencies are met, working closely to expedite the process when necessary.- Validate the testing status, progress, defect priorities, and testing sessions' minutes of meetings (MoMs) within the time limitations.- Manage the sign-off process efficiently and review sign-off forms promptly.- Review and validate test scenarios and test cases, optimizing efficiency without compromising quality.- Support in resolving testing issues promptly, employing problem-solving skills to minimize disruptions.- Review and validate defects categorization, ensuring accurate identification and prioritization.- Coordinate testing allocations to the Development and Integration Testing (DIT) team and business stakeholders, considering time constraints.- Perform spot checks on User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions to ensure compliance with the test plan and to meet time-sensitive objectives.- Conduct impact assessments on potential project delays based on testing status and defect count, providing timely insights.- Conduct defects analysis swiftly, identifying root causes and proposing solutions promptly.- Prepare comprehensive testing reports in a timely manner.**Requirements**:- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the IT industry.- Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, computer science, or a relevant field.- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.- Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, JIRA) for project management and software development.- Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for continuous learning and keeping up with industry trends and emerging technologies.- Domain knowledge of finance, shipping industry, and eCommerce will be highly valued.Pay: Rp10,000,000 - Rp17,000,000 per month**Experience**:- Software Quality Assurance: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- English (preferred)
