**Responsibilities**:- Develop and maintain QHSSE policies and procedures- Ensure compliance with all relevant QHSSE regulations- Train and educate employees on QHSSE matters- Investigate all workplace accidents and near-misses and implement corrective actions- Conduct regular internal QHSSE audits to ensure compliance- Liaise with regulatory authorities on QHSSE matters- Develop and maintain emergency response plans**Requirements**:- At least 5 years of experience in QHSSE management in the maritime industry- Knowledge of relevant QHSSE regulations and standards- Strong leadership and management skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision- Degree in Maritime or Certificate of competency Class 1 will be advantage**Benefits**:Chan Chee MengEA 07C3069R1110620
