Qc Manager

About the QC Manager Role:
Reporting to the Production Director, you will be responsible for managing a team and ensure products meet the quality and efficiency set by company.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop QC planning and strategy road map
Monitor supervisors and ensure quality control processes are running smoothly
Evaluate and develop analysis and checking procedures in the QC department
Ensure legal obligations are followed and complied with regulatory bodies and with health and safety guidelines
Conduct review the issued Certificate of Analysis
Be the main contact for issues relating to the Quality Process internally and externally
Analyse and develop the structure of the Production QC team
Keep accurate documentation and performing statistical analysis

To succeed in this QC Manager role, you will need deep knowledge in Quality Control and demonstrates leadership qualities especially in leading improvement activities.

Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is preferable
Minimum of three years' managerial experience with exposure in Manufacturing/Production
Experience in evaluating beauty products in a plus
