Job Detail
- Responsible for product guarantee after production
- Responsible for outgoing inspection including analyze part problem of the feedback from the customers
- Responsible for Customer support activities
- Responsible for troubleshooting, reporting analysis results, reporting weekly and monthly activities to all section / department
- Coordinate manufacturing process activities
- Responsible for management manpower for quality inspection
- Responsible for management system for quality control and quality assurance
- Manage safety process activities
·30 - 40 years old
·5 years experience as QA in the same industry (plastic coloring)
·Have process statistical knowledge and analytical interpretation experience
·Have understanding of Quality Management System
·Proven and consistently demonstrated skills in exceptional customer service and effective communication
·Good and proven leadership skill
