Qa/Qc Supervisor

**Overview**:We're looking for a skilled QA/QC Supervisor to ensure the quality and compliance of our garment manufacturing processes. You'll oversee quality control procedures, implement standards, and drive improvements.**Responsibilities**:- Develop and implement quality control procedures- Conduct regular inspections and address quality issues- Train and supervise QA/QC staff- Analyze quality data and trends- Drive continuous improvement initiatives- Formulate and create strategies to increase productivity and quality- Review the process to ensure that the QC is working in accordance with the established SOPs and standards.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in relevant field- 3 years of experience in garment QA/QC- Strong knowledge of quality standards and regulations- Excellent analytical and communication skills- Detail-oriented and proficient in MS OfficeApplication Question(s):- Mention your salary expectation
