Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Proven experience as a QA Lead or similar role in software quality assurance. Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and techniques. Experience in designing and implementing automated testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, JUnit). Has QA experience in banking (Manual and / Automation) Experienced 4 years in banking wealth management, Custody system & antasena Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. Strong communication and leadership abilities, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Job Descriptions : Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, providing guidance and support in testing methodologies and best practices. Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate software functionality, performance, and security. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business analysts, to understand project requirements and acceptance criteria. Design and implement automated testing frameworks and tools to streamline testing processes and increase test coverage. Conduct thorough regression testing and performance testing to identify and resolve software defects. Monitor and report on QA metrics, including defect rates, test coverage, and test execution status, to stakeholders. Coordinate with release management teams to ensure smooth and timely product releases. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in software quality assurance and testing.
