Qa Lab Staff

Persyaratan- Fluent in english (min. passive).- Minimum 3 years experience in garment/têxtile industry as QA Laboratory.- Familiar with GAP/Target/Wallmart quality initiative- Working knowledge of products and services.- In-depth understanding of industry standards and company policies.- Good customer focus.- Sharp attention to detail.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Good planning and organizing skill.- Good communication and interpersonal skills.- Literate in basic computer programs.- Meticulous and diligent attributes.- Great team player with the ability to work with mínimal supervision.- Able to sit, stand and walk around for long hours at a time. Tanggung Jawab- Complete all tests required for each product.- Document results and analyze data.- Operate, maintain, and calibrate laboratory equipment.- Communicate with production personnels and quality managers.- Conduct re-testing of product as needed to support quality investigations.- Monitor use and inventories of laboratory chemicals and supplies.- Make recommendations for adjusting process conditions to ensure quality standards are met.- Adhere to safety, health and environmental policies and procedures.
